THIS FORUM IS FOR ALL OF THE HOSTV CLIENTS AFFECTED BY THE RECENT SERVER FAILURES. WHILE HOSTV WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DOING DAILY BACKUPS THE DATA LOSS HAS AFFECTED A "SMALL GROUP OF CUSTOMERS" - WHICH SEEMS TO BE EVERYONE! PLEASE JOIN AND COMMUNICATE ANY INFORMATION TOWARDS LEGAL ACTION THAT MAY BE TAKING PLACE.

Yeah, it seems that the information on WHT is being picked up by web hosting blogs.

For example hosting critics posted this up: http://hostingcritics.info/host-vps-and-backup-failure/48/

I think all the facts are there... I didn't want to read the WHT thread because it was a bit confusing.

Anyways, I have found some people trying to make money out of this whole mess like that flash guy who posted an referral link to another hosting provider in another topic in order to make $$$.

I hope everyone checks out web hosting talk in order to chose a new provider and look at the reviews, be sure to Google for reviews.

I still have not received any replies from HostV about the situation. This is just ridiculous. I hope this story gets picked up by more sources.
