UPDATE: Sept. 6 4:50PM (EST) I've requested a refund as you can see in the convo below (and at forums.hostv.com/general-support/1586-nodes-downtime-15.html ), which incidentally is on HostV's "support" forum. You can see the lack of response and mentions of how HostV has even bothered to post any recent comments in that thread. It's 14 pages of customers concerned about their sites and data. HostV Admin has since posted: It's beyond ridiculous. 2 Lessons learned: (1) Do NOT host with HostV and (2) Have a data backup system in place for your own security.
